Tom Ghidossi is the President of Exponential Engineering and the company’s founder. Mr. Ghidossi launched EEC in 1993, and for more than two decades he has developed relationships with clients throughout the country and provided leadership for his growing team of engineers and office staff.
Greta Bodenham, PHR
Vice President of Operations, Fort Collins
A vital member of the team, Greta Bodenham oversees diverse aspects of the business from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. She contributes over 28 years of management experience at engineering and information technology firms. She has been with the company for over 17 years, and has been instrumental in EEC’s continued success.
Darcy Tenan, P.E.
Vice President, Senior Engineer, Fort Collins
Darcy is a University of Wyoming graduate with her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and a minor in Business Administration. As Vice President, she is involved in long-term strategy decisions, as well as day to day project management.
Ryan Weskamp
Corporate Treasurer, CAD Manager, Wheat Ridge
Mr. Weskamp is the Denver Office / CAD Department Manager, as well as Corporate Treasurer. As the Principal CAD designer, his responsibilities include the management of the Wheat Ridge office and Design team, project management and oversight, and quality assurance of design drawings. He has been with EEC for 15 years, and his up-beat optimism and persistence let him tackle any challenge with precision and good humor.
Max Charbonneau
Corporate Secretary, Senior Engineer, Fort Collins
Mr. Charbonneau is a Senior Engineer and the Corporate Secretary, giving guidance to younger engineers as they grow within the company, as well as providing excellent input for Board discussions. He has been with EEC for 13 years, and is a well respected engineer in the field.
