Tom Ghidossi is the President of Exponential Engineering and the company’s founder. Mr. Ghidossi launched EEC in 1993, and for more than two decades he has developed relationships with clients throughout the country and provided leadership for his growing team of engineers and office staff.

Mickey Pitt, P.E.

Vice President, Principal Engineer, Fort Collins

Vice President Mickey Pitt is involved across the spectrum of Exponential Engineer’s specialties, from substation and transmission projects to planning and studies. Together with Mr. Ghidossi, Mr. Pitt also cultivates client relationships and guides company direction from the Fort Collins main office.

Greta Bodenham, PHR

Vice President of Operations, Fort Collins

A vital member of the team, Greta Bodenham oversees diverse aspects of the business from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. She contributes over 25 years of management experience at engineering and information technology firms.


Darcy Tenan, P.E.

Corporate Secretary, Senior Engineer, Fort Collins

Darcy is a University of Wyoming graduate with her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and a minor in Business Administration. She has been with the company for 13 years and has proven to be a committed owner, employee and an influential mentor. As a Board member and Corporate Secretary, she is involved in long-term strategy decisions, as well as day to day project management.

Ryan Weskamp

Corporate Treasurer, CAD Manager, Wheat Ridge

Mr. Weskamp is the Denver Office / CAD Department Manager, as well as Corporate Treasurer. As the Principal CAD designer, his responsibilities include the management of the Wheat Ridge office and Design team, project management and oversight, and quality assurance of design drawings. He has been with EEC for twelve years, and his up-beat optimism and persistence let him tackle any challenge with precision and good humor.
