Tom Ghidossi is the president of Exponential Engineering and the company’s founder. Mr. Ghidossi launched EEC in 1993, and for more than two decades he has developed relationships with clients throughout the country and provided leadership for his growing team of engineers and office staff.

Mickey Pitt, P.E.

Vice President, Principal Engineer, Fort Collins

Vice President, Mickey Pitt is involved across the spectrum of Exponential Engineer’s specialties, from substation and transmission projects to planning and studies. Together with President Ghidossi, Mr. Pitt also cultivates client relationships and guides company direction from the Fort Collins main office.

Dave Rightley, P.E.

Vice President, Principal Engineer, Cortez

David Rightley is a senior electrical engineer, vice president of EEC and is the chief support at the company’s Cortez office. Across all his projects, he mixes over three decades of experience with undiminished enthusiasm for EEC’s work.

Eric Jungen is a senior electrical engineer and a vice president of EEC. His background in project management and team leadership makes him an asset to coworkers and clients alike and ensures both efficiency and camaraderie on the field.

A vital member of the team, Greta Bodenham oversees diverse aspects of the business from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. She contributes over 20 years of management experience at engineering and information technology firms.

Rick Lutz is a senior electrical engineer who contributes a 10,000-foot view to project management and is the chief support at the company’s Wheat Ridge office. With twenty years of experience, he brings crucial expertise and perspective to EEC projects.
