EEC Welcomes New Staff Members

EEC is pleased to welcome Joe Koonce to the Fort Collins office and Emily LeJeune to the Wheat Ridge office.

Joe Koonce joined EEC earlier this year. Mr. Koonce’s background includes working as a Testing Technician and Project Manager across the United States completing testing projects for power plants and substations. His main focus was relay protection, but he also tested various high and medium-voltage equipment. He has worked with Schweitzer, Basler, Westinghouse, GE, Cooper and Siemens equipment. “As a Colorado State University graduate he is now focusing on engineering, and we are excited to have him as part of our company” says Greta Gibbens, Operations Manager. With a background in Project Management and Construction Services, and an Engineering Economics degree from Colorado School of Mines, she brings great experience to the company. Ms. LeJeune will be working with EEC Project Managers and Technicians as a Project Analyst, concentrating on budget items, scheduling, project management and client relationship management.
