Exponential Engineering Company (EEC) was founded in 1993 with a simple vision in mind: combine exceptional technical skills with lasting customer relationships to deliver the finest services available. According to President Tom Ghidossi, “We’re dedicated to providing the high-quality, cost-effective service that brings success to our clients. We stand behind our work.”
Over the past two decades, the company has grown from a small staff and a base of clients in Northern Colorado to over 30 employees operating out of four offices across the state. Although EEC provides consulting to customers throughout the country, each office remains committed to investing in their local community. Ghidossi commented, “We love the communities that we’re a part of and want to be known for supporting them.” Part of this support comes from the professional services. In addition, the employees participate in activities beyond the scope of their job descriptions, from raising money for the Larimer County Food Bank to delivering presentations about engineering in local schools and mentoring students.
Looking ahead, the staff at EEC is excited about the possibilities for expanding their influence—both with the clients they serve and the residents living around them. But no matter the changes a growing business might bring, the company is committed to the same Principles that have helped them thrive throughout the last 20 years. “We don’t need to have our name up in lights,” says Ghidossi. “We just want to do a good job for our clients and reflect well on our community.”
